This type of bottle filling technology is normally only accessible to large breweries but now the same counter pressure filling techniques can be used at home. You can fill your bottle of beer right from the keg to bottle with no exposure to oxygen, and without losing any carbonation, or loss of beer through foaming.
How To Use
Before you begin, please make sure that you have turned the top lever clockwise and tightened the black right-side handle. Co2 exhaust valve.
Turn the top lever left to allow Co2 to enter the bottle. At this point, press the plastic bottle and you will find that it has become hard.
Turn the top lever to the right to open the beer and open the exhaust valve counter clockwise slowly at the same time. Then you will see the beer start entering the bottle slowly.
Please take about 15 seconds to fill a 750ml bottle
When the beer is full to the bottle’s neck, turn clockwise and tighten the black right-side handle to stop the beer flow and also turn the top lever left the to close off the beer valve. Lever will be facing straight forward.
