UBREW4U’s Clarification Agent is used in our systems to sediment most yeast strains as well as remove protein haze in beer.
The beer must be at or below 4 degrees before adding our agent under pressure.
We recommend 50mls for 46l of cold beer. Allowing 24 hours for settling and then rack off your beautiful clear beer.
This 100ml bottle is enough for two brews and has a small nozzle for filling the Clarifying Agent Injector.
Recommended for use only with UBREW4U’s 50L Pressure Brewing Systems.
